Delivery information

Most products are made to order and normally dispatched within 4 working days. If an item needs a different preparation time, we will show that on the product page or contact you after you order.

Processing your order

Your order may need to be printed, finished and checked before it is packed. Working days do not include weekends or bank holidays, and the delivery time starts after dispatch rather than when the order is placed.

Our usual delivery service

We usually send UK orders with Royal Mail Tracked 48. Royal Mail aims to deliver this service within 2–3 working days after dispatch, although this is an aim rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Larger or unusual parcels may be sent with another suitable tracked service. The service used and its tracking details will be included in your dispatch email.

Tracking your parcel

We will email you when your order is on its way. The email includes the carrier and tracking reference. Signed-in customers can also find these details in Order history, and guest customers can use Track an order with their order details.

Delays or delivery problems

If tracking has not updated, a parcel is shown as delivered but cannot be found, or an item arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number. We will help check what has happened and, where needed, raise the issue with the delivery company.
