1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of the PrintShop3D website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Products
Our products are 3D printed to order. While we make every effort to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate, slight variations in colour and finish may occur due to the nature of 3D printing. This does not constitute a fault.
3. Ordering & Payment
- All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of ordering.
- An order confirmation email will be sent once your order is placed.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Delivery
Please see our Delivery Information page for full details on shipping times and costs. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
5. Returns & Refunds
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, provided the items are unused and in their original condition.
- To request a return, please contact us with your order number.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Custom or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
6. Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.
7. Intellectual Property
All product designs, images, text, and other content on this website are the property of PrintShop3D and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrintShop3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal data.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
